"As a real estate agent, I often need a contractor who can quickly diagnose an issue and provide an estimate. This usually happens after a home inspection, when my clients have 3 days or less to gather bids, so responsiveness is critical.
Todd Folsom with JEM Construction has consistently been my go-to contractor. He is always quick to respond, and I truly appreciate his expertise, professionalism, and ability to provide clear, detailed explanations of the problem along with practical repair options.
I confidently recommend Todd to my clients because he is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. One of the things I value most is that he explains not only when a repair is necessary, but also when it isn't. That level of integrity builds trust and gives my clients confidence in their decisions.
I have also use JEM Construction for repairs at my own home and have been pleased with their work.
Having a contractor I can rely on to provide prompt, honest, and professional guidance is invaluable to me. I highly recommend Todd and JEM Construction!"

"Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough—it needs a constellation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
The team at JEM Construction of Spokane, LLC (J-E-M) showed up like seasoned craftsmen on a mission—not just to fix a roof, but to restore peace of mind. From the moment they arrived, there was a steady confidence about them, like they’ve seen every kind of roofing issue and know exactly how to make it right.

"Had moss on 20 year old roof and was concerned about its condition. JEM employees did extensive exam of roof and offered 3 possible solutions with recommendation that we go with least expensive (repairs vs complete new roof). Project Manager Vincent & employee Jethro completed the repairs a little ahead of schedule and ensured all clean up was done. Am very impressed with this company ... Would definitely use them again."

"My husband and I have had a great working experience with Todd for years. We purchased an older home many years ago and have had him work on remodeling and updating our home all those years. We have always been happy with the service that he and his crew have given us. Todd is a great listener and makes sure the job is done right. He has always been a contractor that I can trust and his crew do exceptional work! Now that we are empty nesters, we want to downsize. So moving forward we are definitely going to have Todd build our new home for us! If you are looking for a great contractor, you won't be disappointed with JEM Construction. They are one of the rare finds in being dependable, trustworthy, professional in work and in conversation, great attention to detail, cleaning up after each day, and a hardworking company."
